Prior to contacting a TalkFree customer support representative or prior to issuing a Trouble Ticket, please take the TalkFree Quality of Service VoIP Test. This tool allows you to test your local IP network connection, which may reveal that your IP network is not providing the minimum requirements needed to complete clear quality VoIP calls..

Simply click on the TalkFree Quality of Service VoIP Test button below to begin the analysis of your IP connection. Once the test is completed, you are provided with a Connection Summary which evaluates your download speed, upload speed, Quality of Service, jitter and packet loss. Click on the Advance Tab to review specific Speed Test Statistics and VoIP Test Statistics.

Please visit our FAQ to see if your technical issue has already been answered. If you do not find what you're looking for, create a trouble ticket from your control panel or email us at support@talkfree.com. We will response to your request within 24 hours.
